How Timetelle helps
Payment before the session
Clients pay in full or leave a deposit when booking, so money never comes up on the call.
Sessions in their calendar
Confirmations include add-to-calendar buttons for Google, Apple and Outlook.
Breathing room between clients
Buffers keep a gap after each session for notes and a reset.
Your schedule, your rules
Set your weekly hours, minimum notice and how far ahead clients can book.
Tip: Offer a free chemistry call. It's the most natural first step for a new client.
